National Night Out -Tues, Aug 7th

Hi Everybody! Okay, so here are a few updates and also the flyer for National Night Out that I have sofar...if any other blocks are doing something that you want put out there, just let us know and we can put the word out to all the Lake Neighbors.

Also, Peter Garland of Oakland Theatre @ F.M. Smith Rec Center says to remember, August 25th is the 100th anniversary celebration of the park & to come and join the fun.

Hi all,

I am going to start blocking off the street at 3:00pm, hang the banner, sweep / sanitize the street...feel free to come help.I am asking everyone who are involved to be there at 5:00pm to set up your station.I have asked my friends to bring their two trucks to create a center stage for the music.

Lake Neighbors Group will be supporting our event - can you guys do the 3D chalk arts on the sidewalk / pavement? Thank you! I think we are going to rock!
